Valentina is passionate about using design strategies for social advancement and transformation. In the past few years she has been exploring citizen involvement and participation in the design of public services and policies, using design to understand systems, empower, provoke, and open new dialogues and possibilities. Before moving to New York, Valentina developed an integrated design approach and specialized in industrial design in Chile. She worked with world-class organizations to re-imagine their industries through branding, user experience, service design, organizational culture, and innovation.
