Nicholas Chan
Design Fellow
Nick is a strategic designer, design researcher, and visual designer with a background in both business and fine arts. This has allowed him to think holistically, share user’s stories accurately, and develop strategies methodically. As an open-minded learner, playful “ideator,” and effective producer, he is committed to innovating meaningful change for those who need it. Nick is currently pursuing his MFA in Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY.
Fun facts: Nick has worked as chef at Thai, Filipino, and Korean restaurants. Nick has started 2 businesses: a visual arts collective, and a bamboo bike manufacturing company. When he’s not designing, you can find him illustrating his travels, or in the forest. Or on top of a mountain.
