A reflective space to check-in our assumptions
After free coffee at the bus terminal, watermelons in exchange for stories, sneaker cleaning, many conversations over lunch and dinner, Gillian and Natalie share the stories of the people they met with John Marris of the Trent Community Research Centre, Maisie Watson of Community Counselling and Resource Centre, Dr. Hasmet Uluorta, a Trent University Professor and blogger at Workingalternatives.net, and Jon Hedderwick of Employment Planning & Counselling in a debrief meeting to ask critical questions, to look at the stories from different angles, and to check their assumptions.
